How will the test be delivered?

There does not seem to be any information in regards to the test logistics (and I apologize if I have missed it). Since the first term test occurs on upcoming Thursday, I was wondering if we could get more information on it? I.e., where the test will be posted, time frame of the test, etc…

I will send it by e-mail (or post it on website or on MarkUs)
on Thursday a little after 3 PM, and it will be due at 4 PM.
Submissions will be through MarkUs.
